Shipping & Returns

Getting Your Order to You

Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. We currently ship within the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you pay so no surprises, no small print.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details where applicable.

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you change your mind, unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used. We hope you understand.

To arrange a return, please reach out to us at hello@kiniyen.co.uk with your order number and we will guide you through the process personally.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed. We will let you know as soon as it is on its way back to you.
