These terms apply to all orders placed through our website. By continuing to use this site and placing an order, you are agreeing to what is set out below.

Our Products

Every product is described as carefully and honestly as we can. Because fragrance is personal and photography has its limits, there may be slight variations in colour or appearance. All Kini-Yen body oils are intended for external use only.

Your Order

All orders are subject to availability. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note this is an acknowledgement, not yet a formal acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we need to, and we will always communicate with you directly if that happens.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through the options available at checkout.

Delivery

Everything you need to know about dispatch times, shipping costs, and delivery is on our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns

Our returns and refund policy is also on our Shipping & Returns page. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. We hope you understand.

A Note on Liability

We take the quality and safety of every batch seriously. That said, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Please follow the usage guidance provided and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
